This project is for women with migration experience in Berlin who are looking for a professional perspective. The project offers individual support and long-term guidance on your way to qualification and into the labor market.
The offer includes
- Professional job coaching: personal advice and support in your job search and in developing your career prospects.
- Group offerings: Workshops, info cafes, field trips: Learn together in the group, share experiences and support each other on your way.
- IT and language workshops: Improve your IT knowledge and language skills.
We specifically target women with immigration experience and a permanent residence title who do not yet have a (recognized) vocational qualification.
