Caroline has lived in Germany since 2002. Holds a BA in Russian & German. Since 2010 active in different VBKI Projects. First for the Europa Preis, then project manager for the Deutschlandstipendium with contacts to VBKI member companies and busy building a network. Bilingual English / German with good knowledge of Russian.
Kseniya Milner
Project manager
Kseniya is originally from Ukraine and has been living in Berlin since 2013, where she first worked as a project manager in the field of medical tourism. Later she implemented several of her own projects with the focus on personal branding and an emphasis on self-employment for people from CIS countries. With her work at Einstieg zum Aufstieg, she wants to help forced migrants find their own way into German society.
