Kseniya is originally from Ukraine and has been living in Berlin since 2013, where she first worked as a project manager in the field of medical tourism. Later she implemented several of her own projects with the focus on personal branding and an emphasis on self-employment for people from CIS countries. With her work at Einstieg zum Aufstieg, she wants to help forced migrants find their own way into German society.
