As a non-profit organization, we place people with refugee experience in the labour market in the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region &#8211; an important prerequisite for successful integration.   <\/p>\n\n<p>We are convinced that everyone has the right to a self-determined life. And we are grateful to be able to make an active contribution to this: In 2023, we successfully placed around 80 people with refugee experience in jobs, training and further education. This year, we have already placed 50 people in jobs.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Our wish on this day: Help us to break down barriers and open up opportunities. Integration thrives on solidarity and cohesion.
